• Over 1500 items archived over a 4-year period, with comprehensive coverage of issues including the BPA controversy, how science is used in policy and the development of the obesogen hypothesis
• Tracks media interest in chemicals and health issues and highlights opportunities for media placements
• Contains scientific papers of particular interest with a brief commentary on findings and importance
• Searchable by disease (we developed a taxonomy based on a modified WHO ICD-10 disease classification system) and pollutant
• Facility to create custom RSS feeds for websites and blogs
• Used by environmental health NGOs, bloggers and journalists to keep abreast of specialist chemicals and science policy
